James Fredrick Jensen Cherie and Vince Rose Belize

I have been accused by a couple from Punta Gorda that I stole money from them. They have used feeble attempts on line to convey this message. Blogs postings always come from anonymous people responding. They would use my name Jim Jensen facebook where they posted a wanted poster.

Cherie and Vince Rose, are the young couple in Punta Gorda Belize that I invested in a Liquor Business with in Punta Gorda, aided in organizing and funding their NGO called the BEED FUND. Which in previous posts I have included the legal documents and e-mails from my Attorney at the time Robert P. Martin of Bailey & Wyant, P.L.L.C. 500 Virginia Street East, Suite 600, PO Box 3710 Charleston, WV 25327. That covered the organization of the BEED Fund.

The Rose Vince and Cherie claim I stole from them form you own opinion from the documents in pervious posts.

On another Belize board a woman claiming to be my wife Jan’s sister posted many comments about me all out of context. This woman claimed I had something to do with my wife Jan’s death. Jan only had brothers not a sister. After a complete civil case came forth over Jan’s health insurance in Belize nothing was ever asked about the cause of Jan’s death it was a Brain hemorrhage caused by a hereditary disease called VMA. That everyone new was the case.

The con man who stole from the Roses and is WANTED, keeps posting.

Then life for the Roses of the crocodile sanctuary in Belize turned bad on them. At least they did not blame me for this.

(Newser) – An American-owned crocodile sanctuary in Belize was turned into a smoking ruin by an angry mob of indigenous Mayans. Truckloads of villagers armed with shotguns and machetes torched all the buildings on the 36-acre sanctuary after a local psychic told them that the Americans had fed two missing children to the crocs, CNN reports.

Cherie and Vince Rose, who moved to Belize and set up the American Crocodile Education Sanctuary in 2004, were away rescuing endangered crocodiles at the time. The couple say they have lost everything—apart from their two dogs, which survived the blaze—but they have no intention of giving up. "We are going to stay in Belize," Cherie says. "We are going to fight this. I'm not abandoning those crocodiles down there."

Those that know this story and followed it have asked me why not get an attorney and get these people. Not so easy. In Belize the level of corruption is everywhere.

I know I am able to write these words because I paid the corrupt system. I paid $35,000 US for my freedom from Hattieville Central Prison in Belize. I never paid the amount of the Bail the Supreme Court Judge imposed for my freedom. I paid a person to arrange for my bail. I paid him $14,000 US which was used for pay offs.

My US attorney from west Virginia hired the Attorney that represented the hospital that took legal action against me. He was the past Attorney General of Belize. My chances of finding an Attorney in Belize to help me was not an option. I had become the star in the local media as this big time criminal.
