The story now continues after I am freed from Hattieville Central Prison in Belize and I have returned to Honduras. Now the time has come me to move on with my life.
My business interests have grown to the point I have visibility in Honduras. I am now friends with Police and other authorities, needing my work visa’s and traveling with some freedom. The visibility is not good I am still hunted. The men with guns have long left my side. I am protected now by my Compadre as the spanish call it. A man with influence and power in Honduras. My protector my trusted friend. Our concerns increased with the Honduran authorities about the continued evidence that those that had placed the wanted poster on-line in Facebook Jim Jensen, e-mail accounts to report my whereabouts. The San Pedro Sun had placed a link on there web site blog for those interested in collecting the bounty on me could communicate.The Honduran authorities felt the risk was high. We had been tracking what was going on with chatter on-line about me. We decided to see if these hunters would actually place my life at risk and send someone to take me. Remember this was not the Belize authorities this was the ones that had me arrested in Belize, the nice young american couple I have been claimed to have swindled headlines Canadian Swindler Arrested in Belize. With the help of the authorities from Honduras we responded to the San Pedro Sun posting on there Blog. To remind you of what the connection is with the San Pedro Sun in Belize the publisher at the time of my arrest in Belize insured a media following of this event. Within a day of the posting on the San Pedro Sun in Belize contact was made. What few understood was they had communicated with a high level authority within the government. No longer was the issue about me being hunted considered the rantings of people not to be taken serious how dangerous they the hunter of James Jensen have become. Yes a person hired by those who hunt me made contact and made plans to meet with the person that had responded to the on-line posting of the San Pedro Sun in Belize. The person did not get even close to me he was captured long before he was a danger to me. Information obtained from this person pointed to those that had had me arrested in Belize. This fact now turned my case into something of great concern for the authorities in Honduras. This was viewed as an attempt to kidnap me and placed my life in great danger.My Attorney Robert P. Now e-mails came from Godfrey Smith in Belize.
The days that followed this series of events found myself with men with guns at my side constantly.
