Bupa Insurance Company - Bailey & Wyant, PLLC

My name is James Fredrick Jensen I am a Canadian that lived in Belize on the Island of San Pedro, this another chapter of my Novella about the time that past after my Wife Janis Died in Central America.

After my wife Jan’s passing the battle now continued with RF&G Insurance and Bupa Health Care of Miami. During this time Belize Health Partners were beginning to put pressure on me to pay the over $200,000 bill for health care services provided for Jan.

I spent days preparing and sending documents to Robert P. Martin who was working with Bill Thompson to prepare the case. Numerous requests came forth from Bailey & Wyant for more information. My attorney in Belize and I spent days preparing and sorting information to be sent to Robert P. Martin.

At another hearing with the Belize Supreme Court Godfrey Smith who represented Belize Health Partners became exhausted with the fact that no progress had been made in the legal actions against Bupa Insurance Company - Miami, Florida. The court agreed and set a date from which I was to present proof that Robert P. Martin of Bailey & Wyant had the case filed. A reasonable request.

Robert P. Martin of Bailey & Wyant, PLLC

Attorney_requesting_information
assured me that they could handle this in the US and found an attorney named Bill Thompson of Miami that could handle the case. Bailey & Wyant, PLLC and Robert P. Martin were not licensed in Miami thus the need for Bill Thompson as the letter attached indicates was assigned to represent my case with Bupa Health Care of Miami.

My Attorney’s in Belize had become concerned about the lack of documentation from Robert P. Martin of Bailey & Wyant, PLLC about the ongoing legal action against Bupa Insurance Company - Miami, Florida. More requests came forth and Robert P. Martin of Bailey & Wyant, PLLC failed to produce a single document about the pending case with Bupa Insurance Company.

The case against Bupa was now considered dead. We had no documentation from Robert P. Martin of Bailey & Wyant to support the fact we had told the Belize Supreme court by documents supplied by Robert P. Martin of Bailey & Wyant that a legal actions had been filed against Bupa Insurance Company in Miami Florida. Without proof of this case being files I for the most part had no case and using documents supplied to the fact that a case had been filed with the Belize Supreme court left me with now few options other then to continue to ask Robert P. Martin of Bailey & Wyant for supporting documents based on the claimed legal actions against Bupa Insurance Company.

To this date we have made requests of the partners of Bailey & Wyant without success.
