James Jensen / American Crocodile Education Sanctuary

The Supreme Court of Belize must now make a deciton about the amount of compensation the Rose’s should receive. My role is to inform the Supreme Court of Belize about the Rose’s and you. Yes, you have some relationship’s that have best left untold.

We share mutual interests, you do not know me, I have studied you for almost two years. Reading hundred of documents, emails and other various forms of correspondence.

Interesting correspondence if that can be the correct term, more like conspiracy. Robert P. Martin, Godfrey Smith, Vince and Cherie Rose, Tamara Sniffen, The San Pedro Sun, Andrea McKoy-McSweaney and James Fredrick Jensen my client.  Almost forgotten, James Jensen has not.  

I find in reading the information collected and offered for my consideration a dark story unfolds. Corruption would be a gift to describe the events that have transpired around James by all involved.

Starting with your representation of my client James Jensen. You left him to sit in prison in Belize. That you did.

When Godfrey Smith’s office was broken into Godfrey kept meticulous records on everyone. You included and others. The reading has been informative. While James had nothing to do with the break in obtaining the information has been of benefit.  

Robert P. Martin used Godfrey Smith to place James in prison. You know that. The Roses filed a false claim in Belize Civil Court that James Jensen had lived at there resort and never paid for housing. You know that.  Godfrey Smith represented the Rose’s in this false claim.

The Rose’s were partners with James Jensen in a Liquor Business in Punta Gorda. The Rose’s closed the Business and took the money. $37,000 BZ. I have the wire transfer records from Belize Bank in San Pedro to the Rose’s bank account in Punta Gorda. And, a number of documents supporting the business relationship, including an e-mail from Vince Rose attempting to Black Mail James. Ask Vince about that e-mail?

The Rose’s operate a 501 (C) Corp that James had ownership in. During the process of organizing the 501 (C) by Robert P. Martin the Rose’s collected claimed tax deductions from donations prior to the 501 (C) being registered with the US Internal Revenue Service.

Who are the Rose’s?
The Rose’s left Colorado with no more then a truck and trailer and little money, there life savings. The question asked “where did the money come from to build this resort and live day to day”? The money came from Cherie Rose’s Aunt in North Carolina.

Cherie Chenot Rose is the trustee for her Aunt, a women without clear understanding of financial facts. Hardly a crime to use your family funds to live the life style the Roses have shown Belize. The crime is, when a trustee takes funds out of a family trust for personal use the funds are to be taxed. Cherie and Vince have never disclosed the thousands of dollars as income taken from the Trust to the Internal Revenue Service in the US. Federal Tax Evasion is the crime considered. I am sure the IRS will ook at what ever comes of this case as income. Which can be argued.

Vince is a Felon in California a number of charges. Dealt with through Vince’s Sister a Senior FBI Agent. Vince for the most part is a carpenter at best. Hardly the role now as a Croc wrangler.

Cherie, she did graduate as a biologist. Her last position in Colorado was that of a grade school teacher. The position before that according to the deposition I have, Cheri was a deck hand and a drunk on a fishing boat in Florida. Vince came and took her back to Colorado.

The closest either of the Rose’s have in knowledge of Crocodiles exists on DVD’s they watched of Steve Erwin the Croc hunter from Australia.

James Jensen left Belize after being granted Bail. Which you know. The Rose’s, Martin, Godfrey and the San Pedro Sun setup e-mail and Facebook accounts capture James Jensen. Hardly a crime. The group produced a wanted poster. The poster was sent from Godfrey Smith and the Rose’s e-mail accounts to James Jensen. Digital images are amazing they leave digital finger prints. The poster was produced using Photo Shop at the San Pedro Sun Newspaper office. The file was sent and shared between all parties by e-mail.

The crime is that the San Pedro Sun was contacted through my Government contacts in Honduras. The San Pedro Sun then posted said contact information on there web site. From this posting contact was made with my person in Honduras. The person sent to take James Jensen was paid by this group including the Rose’s. The person came to Honduras, was detained and talked. This was a kidnapping attempt by all involved.  

The San Pedro Sun as you are aware broke the story of James Jensen arrest in Belize. James was detained on a Tuesday the San Pedro Sun Newspaper was already at the printers and his story of the arrest was in that issue at the printer prior to his arrest. Godfrey.

Having collected and organized this information I have made a clear choice to share this dark story, with whom and how. The sharing has already started.

Over 600 documents will be sent to the Supreme Court of Belize demonstrating in detail who the Roses are. While the role of the Supreme Court Justice is to determine damages by law, consideration is given into the character of the parties involved.
