The Belize Economic & Ecological Development Fund is an IRS certified 501c3 non-profit charity registered in the United States of America.According to the latest post on American Crocodile Sanctuary Org Croc Blog by Cherie Chenot Rose of ACES Cherie wrote, “Due to the current economic conditions, the Directors of BEED Fund have voted to dissolve the charity effective January 2013”. As a director and share holder of The Belize Economic & Ecological Development Fund I have not been included in decision by the Directors. I would hope that Cherie Chenot Rose would include the needed Directors meetings notes to this effect in a future Croc Blog? Considering I have donated 10,000 BZ to the building of Pens at the Punta Gorda facility. For those to understand what this means to dissolve the BEED fund or The Belize Economic & Ecological Development Fund is the American Crocodile Sanctuary Org is no longer a 501c3. Meaning that American Crocodile Sanctuary is no longer a registered non profit. I feel there are many deeper issues why the BEED Fund has been voted to dissolve. Robert P. Martin an Attorney from the firm Bailey & Wyant, PLLC originally organized the 501 c non profit for the directors, which Robert P. Martin was also a director. Questions about Robert P. Martin and his conduct in a Civil case in Belize has arose on-line. For myself James Fredrick Jensen I have endured years of legal battles with Belize over my wife Janis health insurance case in which Robert P. Martin was to defend my wife Janis estate. A fact that never materialized. I was one of those that helped Cherie Rose develop the The Belize Economic & Ecological Development Fund. Which landed me in Hattieville Prison. I would hope that the Roses Vince and Cherie do the right thing at this time and disclose the directors meeting that made the decision to dissolve BEED Fund have voted to dissolve the charity effective January 2013.As a founding director of BEED I would appreciate a copy of these meeting minutes for all to understand. As the attached document clearly indicated I am a director of The Belize Economic & Ecological Development Fund.James Fredrick Jensen
