American Crocodile Education Sanctuary | None Profit Status End

<!-- @page { margin: 0.79in } P { margin-bottom: 0.08in } -->After a three year legal and on-line battle between American Crocodile Education Sanctuary in Belize a crocodile sanctuary ran by Cherie Chenot Rose and her husband Vincent Rose the directors of The Belize Economic & Ecological Development Fund have decided to close the 501 c and to end all ties with the American Crocodile Education Sanctuary in Belize.

For me James Fredrick Jensen this closes one of many chapter of the on going Legal battles with the Cherie Chenot Rose stated Jensen. Jensen helped the Roses form the The Belize Economic & Ecological Development in 2008. Jensen was aided in setting up the BEED Fund as it has been called by the lay firm of Bailey & Wyant PLLC of Charleston West Virginia. The purpose of the fund according to Robert P. Martin of Bailey and Wyant was to aid the American Crocodile Education Sanctuary to operate as a registered US 501 c non profit corporation.

Having a 501 C status has allowed the American Crocodile Education Sanctuary to offer partners a tax deductible means to make donations to support the Sanctuary and the ongoing development needs.

Since the date of this Incorporation of a Delaware Corp. # 081704589-4635215 I James Fredrick Jensen have not received my shares as promised or any accounting of the NON profit corporation The Belize Economic & Ecological Development Fund. The fund has collected donations through a group named The American Crocodile Education Sanctuary Belize.

For this reason and many others it was the determination of the board and the directors to close the corporation and to notify the UR in the united states to that effect that the 501 c status was to be closed for this corporation.

For future partners and those interested in a Tax free donation to support the American Crocodile Education Sanctuary in Belize the Roses Vince and Cherie will not have to come up with an alternative plan to offers Tax free donations.

According to the American Crocodile Education Sanctuary Croc Blog, Cherie Chenot Rose stated “Due to the current economic conditions, the Directors of BEEDFund have voted to dissolve the charity effective January 2013”.
