Jensen was able to thwart another attempt by Bailey and Wyant to shut down Jensen's online story. Andrew Lewis, Bailey and Wyant marketing director reporting to senior partner Chuck Bailey, attempted to have Google shut the story down under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).
