James Jensen's today announced a number of web sites supporting his claims have survived after a cyber attack initiated by the West Virginia Law Firm of Bailey and Wyant PLLC.
Jensen was able to thwart another attempt by Bailey and Wyant to shut down Jensen's online story. Andrew Lewis, Bailey and Wyant marketing director reporting to senior partner Chuck Bailey, attempted to have Google shut the story down under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). Lewis' efforts to seek copyright infringement sanctions failed only works for its clients on a by-the-book basis.
Jensen will continue to report on attempts by Bailey and Wyant to shut down the online Jensen story.
