The Story about a Hunted Man

The Story about a Hunted Man.

The perfect American Couple decided to check out of the US in there early 50’s and head to Central America in mid 2000’s.

The couple set up will’s, trusts and what appeared to be the needed protection as one will do with there trusted conservative WV law firm Bailey and Wyant PLLC prior to there departure.

Arriving in Central America the couple purchase a Business and in time more ventures are acquired. They adapt well and are accepted and highly respected within the communities they operate.

One evening while spending time with friends the wife Jan slumps over. She is taken to a clinic, flown to the closest hospital. 5 days later her Husband James returns with only a box which contained Jan’s cremated ashes.

The community was shocked. A service was held for Jan’s sunset goodbye. The local newspaper editor read the parting words as butterfly’s were released along the beach with hundreds in attendance.

James was accompanied by friends as he took Jan to her final resting place outside the reef. Which included his attorney from the firm Bailey & Wyant one Robert P. Martin.

Within months of this loss more bad news followed James. The US health insurance provider Bupa of Miami from which James and Jan had purchased additional health care coverage refused all coverage for Jan.

Leaving James with pending legal actions by the hospital that treated Jan. $265,000.

Bailey and Wyant PLLC attempted to take legal actions on James behalf against Bupa in Miami. Retaining the service of attorney Bill Thompson of Miami to file Civil Actions against Bupa.

Robert P. Martin made numerous trips to see James in Central America. Aided James and his local legal council in attempts to protect James and Jan’s estate from this now Supreme Court action in Central America headed by this countries past Attorney General a Godfrey Smith.

The following year Robert P. Martin with the aid of Godfrey Smith had James arrested and placed without charges in the 3rd worse prison in the world. Robert and Godfrey at the time of James arrest also had all of James assets and Bank Account frozen claiming money laundering.

After 3 weeks and 4 days James was released on Bail with the Supreme Court Justice that heard the Bail case that no evidence existed to support the claims. James was released on Bail.

Leading up to James arrest it was found by James local Attorney that the firm Bailey & Wyant, Robert P. Martin and Bill Thompson had nor filed claimed Actions on James behalf against Bupa of Miami.

Robert P. Martin had asked James for a loan of $125,000 which James had refused.

James left this country fearing for his life.

Robert P. Martin with the aid of Godfrey Smith produced a wanted poster of James which was widely distributed on-line throughout Central America. Offering $10,000 for information about James.

A on-line attach followed claiming James had murdered his wife. Hardly the case considering Jan died as the medical report indicated from a hereditary disease, a cluster of blood vessels had burst in her brain, A VMA.

James and Jan had many interests in Central America one was a 501 (C) non profit organization formed on there behalf by Robert P. Martin and the firm Bailey & Wyant.

Four years have now past.

James has struggle for four years being a hunted man. No by authorities by the firm that was to protect him Bailey & Wyant and Robert P. Martin. Bailey & Wyant has blocked all attempts for James to find Legal representation claiming he is a criminal. Bailey & Wyant has blocked James access to much of his investments.

In the summer of 2012 James finally accumulated all the documentation and facts in his case and started an on-line campaign for his freedom.

Bailey & Wyant while previously either denying knowledge of James representation through the firm or claiming he is a criminal and a murdered, the firm then hired a young on-line type to fend of James placement of content within the firms google search results. DMCA removal formal complaints were filed by Bailey & Wyant to stop James progress. Without success.

In the fall of 2012 Bailey & Wyant feeling the pressures of James on-line showcase of evidence made changes in there approach of dealing with James.

Robert P. Martin in his mid 50’s announced retirement from the firm of Bailey & Wyant.
Robert’s new given address of his legal practice, The Public Library.

Bailey & Wyant announced that the 501 (C) which James was a director and share holder which operated without James approval, board direction or directorship was now closing as of Jan 2013.

My only choice as I have exhausted legal process is to seek the aid of media.
