American Crocodile Education Sanctuary (ACES)

My name is James Fredrick Jensen I am a Canadian that lived in Belize on the Island of San Pedro in Ambergris Caye, this another chapter of my Novella about the time that past after my Wife Janis Died in Central America.

Yes headlines rained on the web Jim Jensen what a mess. Articles placed on line with strategic planning, blog, posts, pictures of me in very bad situations made worse by this handful of people that had one purpose in mind to cover up the truth.

I met Vince and Cherie Rose in in Belize on the Island of San Pedro in Ambergris Caye. This was only a few weeks after Jan had Passed away. Perhaps I was vonerable, perhaps I needed a way to forget or something. Vince and Cherie Rose I found interesting. They came to Belize years before and purchased a piece of Jungle on the river outside of Punta Gorda Belize. They had built an amazing resort and compound American Crocodile Education Sanctuary. Cherie Chenot-Rose, co-owner and founder of the American Crocodile Sanctuary for Education (ACES). The sanctuary was located in Punta Gorda, Belize.

Yes ACES was located in Punta Gorda Belize now the only remains of this resort and American Crocodile Education Sanctuary is ashes. As the story goes a mob of Mayan Villages from Punta Gorda Belize had torched the American Crocodile Education Sanctuary while looking for Two missing Mayan Children. The Children have not be found to this day.

This even drew world news coverage. CNN picked up the story and Vince Rose of American Crocodile Education Sanctuary could have done a better job controlling his temper on Camera. I can understand Vince Roses anger about  what had happened to the American Crocodile Education Sanctuary compound and resort in Punta Gorda Belize.

I had the insane pleasure of going on a hunt with the Roses on the Island of San Pedro in Ambergris Caye. The hunt was for a Large Crocodile named George. George had become of all things a tourist attraction on Ambergris Caye. Seeing easy money locals on the island of San Pedro fed George the Croc a lot of Chicken he became fat and Lazy. Almost tame in appearance these locals would splash a chicken on a rope and out would come George. So tame to the point I have seen pictures of tourists sitting on him for the family album.

George and his time had come to move out. The  ACES crew and myself spent an early morning waiting for George and splashing a chicken in the water. On command he appeared and the American Crocodile Education Sanctuary just like on Steve Erwin the Croc Hunter they took down George.

George has since spent the rest of his life at American Crocodile Education Sanctuary at ACES. I am not sure what happened to George during the fire at American Crocodile Education Sanctuary in Punta Gorda Belize. It is a memory I will always cherish.

Today I tried to get to American Crocodile Education Sanctuary web site to see what is going on. Anyone know what happened to the web site?
