My name is James Fredrick Jensen I am a Canadian that lived in Belize on the Island of San Pedro, my Wife Janis Died in Belize and the health insurance company failed to provide any coverage. I found myself being sued by Belize Health Partners the hospital my wife Jan died at.

Robert P. Martin of Bailey & Wyant, PLLC. was retained to handle a number of business related issues after my Wife Jan’s death. The primary legal representation covered the legal actions taken against me by Belize Health partners as a direct result of Bupa a health insurance provider that has failed to provide health insurance coverage for my wife Janis.

My Belize Attorney Fred Lumor & Company has requested information as to the state of the legal actions your firm Bailey & Wyant, PLLC has taken on my behalf as it relates to the legal action against me James Fredrick Jensen by Belize Health Partners and Bupa Health Insurance of Florida.
