Robert P. Martin of Bailey & Wyant, PLLC. was retained to handle a number of business related issues after my Wife Jan’s death. One business related issue was the formation of a NON profit Delaware Corp. Named The Belize Economic & Ecological Development Fund. The BEED FUND.

Since the date of this Incorporation of a Delaware Corp. # 081704589-4635215 I have not received my shares as promised or any accounting of the NON profit corporation The Belize Economic & Ecological Development Fund. The fund has collected donations through a group named The American Crocodile Sanctuary Belize.

I have attached documents as one of the questions I have asked a number of time of Bailey & Wyant, PLLC, . In this document that explains the organization of the The Belize Economic & Ecological Development Fund.

My question David Wyant is a Managing Member of the firm of Bailey & Wyant, PLLC, with his office in Wheeling, West Virginia.? Could your firm please supply me James Jensen with the articles of incorporation and each years Tax Returns to the IRS.

As the attached documents indicates the formation of this corporation and non profit known as The Belize Economic & Ecological Development Fund was organized by attorney Robert P. Martin from Bailey & Wyant, PLLC, and was signed by Robert P. martin.
