James Fredrick Jensen (ACES) Belize Relationship
My name is James Fredrick Jensen I am a Canadian that lived in Belize on the Island of San Pedro, this is another chapter of my Novella about the time that past after my Wife Janis Died. This chapter covers in multiple parts my relationship with the American Crocodile Education Sanctuary of Belize located in Punta Gorda. Now I owned 40% of a Liquor Store Adiferous Wine and Liquors, Owned a lot of stock in an NON profit American Crocodile Education Sanctuary foundation, he Belize Economic & Ecological Development Fund know as THE BEED FUND. I remained in the midst of my Legal battles with Belize Health Partners and more of my life was moving to Honduras. I talked with Robert P. Martin my attorney at Bailey & Wyant, PLLC, is a full-service law firm in Charleston West Virginia and asked Bob Martin what could be done about my case with Belize Health Partners, he suggested we move ahead with legal actions against Bupa the health provider that denied all coverage for Jan’s health insurance coverage.A woman who worked for me in Honduras had reservations about all this. Patty was smart, a woman who had spent most of her life under the hand of a bad husband whom had beaten her most of the 10 years they had been together. She was cautious of all this going on. Perhaps I should have listened. It is now mid November of 2008, I had made a donation on Jan’s behalf to Vince and Cherie Rose for the building of a Croc pen at American Crocodile Education Sanctuary in Punta Gorda. Everything appeared to be moving fast. I was still helping Robert Martin with his Pink Motel he had purchased in San Pedro in Belize. The Pink Motel had become a money pit and I was now finding myself funding and making up for the short falls on Bob Martin’s investments. The Pink Motel was in a better term something that needed to be gutted not repaired. Money appeared to pouring around like water Cherie Rose was attempting to keep a handle on Adiferous Wines and Liquors, yet I felt she was more interested in the NON profit then the Liquor Business. Starting to have concerns I have $37,000 BZ sunk in this Liquor Business with the Roses. I am finding Robert P. Martin and his short fall of the Pink Motel in San Pedro. Concerns continued in my mind.Vivian Trill is the president of the Organization for Responsible Tourism.
