My name is James Fredrick Jensen I am a Canadian that lived in Belize on the Island of San Pedro, this is another chapter of my Novella about the time that past after my Wife Janis Died. This chapter covers in multiple parts my relationship with the American Crocodile Education Sanctuary of Belize located in Punta Gorda.

Now I owned 40% of a Liquor Store Adiferous Wine and Liquors, Owned a lot of stock in an NON profit American Crocodile Education Sanctuary foundation, he Belize Economic & Ecological Development Fund know as THE BEED FUND.

I remained in the midst of my Legal battles with Belize Health Partners and more of my life was moving to Honduras. I talked with Robert P. Martin my attorney at Bailey & Wyant, PLLC, is a full-service law firm in Charleston West Virginia and asked Bob Martin what could be done about my case with Belize Health Partners, he suggested we move ahead with legal actions against Bupa the health provider that denied all coverage for Jan’s health insurance coverage.

Then it all blew up with one e-mail from Vince Rose.

I have mentioned in previous posts about the break in at American Crocodile Education Sanctuary that appeared to change everything with the Roses.

Now I have an agreement in which the NGO known as BEED is placed into my Caricom Corp. Robert martin had form some reason donated $20,000 US into the American Crocodile Education Sanctuary and was to pay for his and his girlfriends share in my Caricom Corp which Bob Martin did do. All the documents were signed and then everything changed with Vince Roses e-mail.

For the most part Vince told me the relationship had ended and if I made any fuss about this well you have read much about what happened after that. The Liquor Store known as Adiferous Wines and Liquors closed under a number of different stories I have heard. Me well I was out $37,000 BZ for my investment. The $50,000 US Robert Martin sent me for his part in the NON profit well that is why I was arrested and I spent weeks in Hattieville Central Prison in Belize. The wire transfer document stated for the lease of a Coffee Plantation not for the purchase of land as the charges were presented.

Now leading up to Hattieville Central Prison in Belize is another story to be told. I knew what was going on. I had been warned by the Police in Punta Gorda.
