James Fredrick Jensen Belize Land Deal

My name is James Fredrick Jensen I am a Canadian that lived in Belize on the Island of San Pedro, this another chapter of my Novella about the time that past after my Wife Janis Died in Central America in Belize.

I got a call from a good Friend of mine a cop in Punta Gorda Belize I had become friends with during my many visits to Punta Gorda. He warned me that something was up with the young couple I was a partner with in the Liquor Business in Punta Gorda and my US attorney. The tone was only that be careful something is coming your way and it is not good.

Within weeks of this warning I get an e-mail from the young couple in Punta Gorda my partners in the Liquor Business Adiferous Wine and Liqours that I had invested $37,000 to fund. They The Roses, Vince Rose in an e-mail. stating that I was to keep quiet or they would ruin me. They would continue the Liquor Business on there own.

Within weeks of this my US attorney had become as he thought a smart business man. He came to me through his girl friend Penny Fioravante for help. Bob Martin and Penny Fioravante had put a down payment on a piece of land on the Island of San Pedro in Belize. Finding themselves short of money as another investor they thought they had, had fallen through and expected me to bail them out. Bob and Penny as the documents attached show were in a panic.

Robert P. Martin was livid about my lack of interest to help him and his girl friend. What he did then shocked everyone. He teamed up against me with the Attorney that represented the hospital in the law suit against me. Godfrey Smith was the attorney in Belize that represented the Hospital in this legal action against me. Godfrey Smith was also the past Attorney General of the Country of Belize.

Having found that my US attorney had done nothing in the US to protect me from the Legal actions taken to collect Janis medical bills, the decision was made to conceded the case to the Supreme Court of Belize. I had no case I lost now and time had run out. Bupa the health insurance company in Florida simply watched as they escaped from any responsibility. I was hung with a $200,000 plus judgement against me in Belize under the name Jim Jensen.
