My name is James Fredrick Jensen I am a Canadian that lived in Belize on the Island of San Pedro, this is the fourth chapter of my Novella about the time that past after my Wife Janis Died in Central America.
In April of that year the Belize Supreme Court asked for progress on the US case against Bupa the US health insurance company that denied all health coverage for my wife Jan. My US attorney sent as you will read in this post a three page detailed letter about his Legal Actions in the US against Bupa using an attorney named Mr. Bill Thompson. This document was submitted to the Supreme Court in Belize by my Central American Attorney’s.
Time past and the Supreme Court of Belize and my Attorney’s asked for copies of the filing in Florida against Bupa from my attorney. My trusted Attorney from West Virginia appeared reluctant to produce the required documents. This now placed me in a bad position and my Attorney’s as well. We had taken the documents as fact supplied by my US attorney and submitted them to the Supreme Court in Belize as part of the ongoing case process.
During this period my US Attorney and I had become closer in many forms of business relationship. He and his girl friend at the time owned a resort in Belize called The Pink Hotel or The Pink Motel they changed names a few times. I began helping with the resort while Robert Martin was home in West Virginia.
Bob and I had mutual power of attorney letters signed between my self Jim Jensen and Robert P. Martin. Co-signed on Bank accounts in Belize. And from time to time would lend Robert and his girl friend money to keep the resort running.
The young couple in Punta Gorda had now become directly involved with my US attorney using this NGO non profit corporation to raise money. The non profit status had not been approved by the IRS yet they were seeking donations from People all over the world using there web site and the media in Belize to help feed the fund raising attempts. Which they still use to this day.
