My name is James Fredrick Jensen I am a Canadian that lived in Belize on the Island of San Pedro, this is another chapter of my Novella about the time that past after my Wife Janis Died.
The Story about me, James Jensen has been told on-line through a few voices. My interest in telling my story of Jim Jensen is only to demonstrate through documents of proof the events that actuall occured during my life in Belize livings on the island of San Pedro.
I continued to grow what Jan and I had started, expanded into Honduras and Mexico. Few on the Island of San Pedro in Belize new my business interest. I had tired of San Pedro in Belize and found refuge in other countries perhaps wanting to be free of this place and my thoughts of Jan. While I did not want to forget here the every day question of how are you doing became tiring.I decided to sell the The Liquor Box in San Pedro to a American that owned a Bar in San Pedro Belize. The buyer felt having a bar and The Liquor Box he could cut costs. The Liquor Box on the island of San Pedro in Belize was grossing over $1.5 million a year, we made a deal.
The Liquor Box in San Pedro was owned by a Corporation Jan I had set up a Caricom Corp. J Squared CARIB-BEAN TRADER LTD., which allowed us to legally operate business in different Central American Countries.
Time has past and the legal actions related to the law suit for Jan’s medical care were coming to the time for actual court and trial. My trusted Attorney in West Virginia worked diligently with my Central American Attorney’s to help them prepare the case. It was agreed with by the supreme courts in Belize that if I filed a Law suite in the US against Bupa the US health insurance company that the Central American Courts would wait on the case there. I was assured by my US attorney that he had an Attorney in Florida taking the case. The Florida attorneys names was Bill Thompson. The Liquor Store in Punta Gorda with the young couple was open Adiferous Wine and Liquors. It was a slow start yet we were covering our costs and made a small profit. I spent more time in Punta Gorda helping this couple get the business open and organized. Working on the building, building shelving and hiring staff. Our now mutual US Attorney from West Virginia has formed a Corporation for the NGO that the young couple from Punta Gorda would run. A registered US non profit corporation for the sole purpose of raising donations to support their resort and its work in the community of Punta Gorda Belize. A Crocodile Sanctuary in Punta Gorda Belize. Having sold the Liquor Box in San Pedro Belize I had more freedom to travel and did often. Sometimes gone for weeks at a time. Mostly to Honduras I enjoyed life in Honduras and my business interest there followed from Belize. Bars and Liquor stores. I met a young woman Jenny, she became my manager in Honduras.
