James Fredrick Jensen Versus Bupa Health Insurance

The story now continues after I am freed from Hattieville Central Prison in Belize and I have returned to Honduras.

I meet a woman by chance, a Danish Journalist I will call LD, who had been covering Human Trafficking thus the use of Vivian’s network today. We shared common interests and she did what Journalists do she investigated my story. She also felt I needed to pursue my legal rights with Bupa Insurance based in Florida. Bupa’s purpose is to help people lead longer, healthier, happier lives. This what you will find by looking at Bupa’s web site.

LD felt that Bupa was responsible for my wife Jan’s health care and I needed to pursue a claim against Bupa Insurance. I found a law firm in Miami LEOPOLD~KUVIN, P.A.
that took my case. Ted Leopold and his firm worked on a 30% fee structure. After my time with Bailey & Wyant, PLLC, is a full-service law firm based in West Virginia I had this case down for Jan. Robert P. Martin who had represented me in the Case in Belize has left me finding myself with a $256,000 judgment against me in Belize. Thus the need existed to pursue action against Bupa Insurance based in Florida.

The main reason Bupa or one of the main reasons Bupa refused coverage was they claimed Jan had not met the waiting period all policies issued by Bupa and representatives of Bupa require. After that battle then Bupa claimed Jan had a pre existing condition.

Now, I am being hunted by Robert P. Martin and to some degree by Bailey & Wyant, PLLC as the e-mails came out of Bailey & Wyant, PLLC e-mail network directing orders to find me. As the case with LEOPOLD~KUVIN, P.A. proceeded the need existed for them to talk with Robert P. Martin of Bailey & Wyant, PLLC. After that conversation LEOPOLD~KUVIN, P.A dropped my cases stating I lacked credibility.

Another dead end.
