Prosecuting Attorney - Donna Meadows Price, West Virginia, Asking for an investigation to be opened.

My name is James Fredrick Jensen I am a Canadian that lived

on the Island of San Pedro in Belize.

My request covers my relationship with Robert P. Martin and the firm he is employed with Bailey & Wyant.

Over the last four years I have engaged Robert P. Martin and Bailey & Wyant to represent my legal needs. My wife Janis died in Belize of a Brain Aneurysm.

The Health Insurance Company Bupa Health care based in Florida Denied all coverage. A civil action came forth against me from Belize Health Partners the hospital in Belize that attempted to save my wife Janis’s life.

Robert P. Martin and Bailey & Wyant were to defend my case from the US as the Belize Supreme Court felt that a civil action should be taken on my part from the US as Bupa the Health Insurance Company was based in Florida.

Robert P. Martin and Bailey & Wyant presented to my attorneys in Belize a number of letters and documents supporting the fact that Robert P. Martin and Bailey & Wyant had retained legal representation on my behalf through an Attorney named Bill Thompson of Florida.

Throughout the legal process in Belize the Supreme Court followed the progress of Robert P. Martin and Bailey & Wyant on my case in the US.

We found that Robert P. Martin and Bailey & Wyant did not retain an attorney Bill Thompson of Florida. That Bill Thompson of Florida did not facilitate any legal action on my behalf against Bupa in Florida. Yet numerous letters from Robert P. Martin and Bailey & Wyant on the firms letter head indicated differently.

Taking the letters from Robert P. Martin and Bailey & Wyant as fact said documents were presented as FACT to the Supreme Court of Belize through my attorney in Belize. The discovery of the fact that no actions had been taken in Florida resulted in me having to concede the case. I have a judgment over $200,000.00 against me at this time in Belize.

My wife and I owned a series of business in Belize. Robert P. Martin owned a Motel on the Island of San Pedro. We had an ongoing working relationship which included mutual power of attorney and some joint bank accounts.

Robert P. Martin and Bailey & Wyant formed a NON profit corporation registered in Delaware. The purpose of the Corporation was to raise fund for a group in Punta Gorda Belize. Robert P. Martin made a $20,000.00 US donation through this NON profit for the benefit of a 100% tax deduction. Which he took. Yet the NON profit was not completed at the time Robert P. Martin took the tax deduction. I am a share holder of this NON profit.

After finding out that Robert P. Martin had miss lead the facts related to the case with Bupa our relationship changed. Robert P. Martin asked me to lend him $125,000.00 US to purchase land with his girlfriend at the time, which I refused. Robert P. Martin then used the attorney that represented Belize Health Partners whom he was to defend me from to have me arrested and placed in the third worse prison in the world. Hattieville Prison in Belize. I was granted bail and under the direction of the Supreme Court Judge left Belize.

Robert P. Martin and Bailey & Wyant assumed I would never leave Hattieville Prison in Belize. Robert P. Martin and Bailey & Wyant facilitated a media campaign using the internet to paint a picture of me as a Swindler and that I murdered my wife Janis.

Robert P. Martin and Bailey & Wyant then posted a wanted poster for me through out Central America. The $20,000 cash bounty poster was distributed in hand delivered form and on-line through numerous web sites. This wanted poster was not from any authority of the Belize Government.

With the aid of Police and Security staff in Honduras an engagement began between Robert P. Martin and Bailey & Wyant to setup a meet to have me taken. This engagement was management by authorities under the Secretary of Secret Police. A person came to attempt to capture me. That person disclosed that the intent was not to deliver me back to Belize.

While these events occurred outside of the US they started in the office of Robert P. Martin and Bailey & Wyant. I have hundreds of letters e-mails and other documentation that completely supports my claims and my case.

I have contacted the two managing partners of Bailey & Wyant no response.

I am a technologist and over the last two years I have organized and documented this entire case. Using the methods of all involved to use the internet as a way to discredit me I have used the same to tell my story on line. If you google “bailey and wyant pllc” and or “bailey and wyant pllc robert p martin” you will see a number of organizations and sites support my cause.

In talking with Attorneys in West Virginia most feel this is a Criminal case not Civil. 

The criminal aspect covers a number of fronts.

Operating a NON profit that was not organized and approved by the IRS as a 501 (C). yet donations were taken. That once organized Robert P. Martin ran this NON profit taking a 10% commission out of all donations. Robert P. Martin continues to operate this NON profit at this time.
Federal Tax Laws, Robert P. Martin donated in total in one year $70,000 us prior to the completed organization of this NON Profit. Which he took a 100% tax right off. Then traveled to Belize and each trip Robert P. Martin and his girlfriend took $10,000 cash back to the US.
A private party can offer a reward for a criminal. However if the intent of the reward is not to fulfill the promise of the poster instead to cause great bodily harm that is a crime. While this crime against me did happen in Honduras it was ordered by Robert P. Martin and he was the direct contact for payment of delivering me.
The loss of my case with Belize Health Partners has a direct connection to the events that occurred after Robert P. Martin and Bailey & Wyant were found to have not represented my legal needs in Belize. To cover these facts a criminal event resulted against me.

I will continue to tell my story on-line and we have a large following and interest from a number of National Media Sources.

Prior to that decision the intent is to reach out to West Virginia authorities and request a criminal investigation into Robert P. Martin and Bailey & Wyant.
