Aces Belize Supreme Court Judgement Ruling
My name is James Fredrick Jensen I am a Canadian that lived in Belize on the Island of San Pedro, this is another chapter of my Novella about my Relationship with Vincent Rose and Cherie Chenot Rose. The Roses have a DBA not even a legal company in Belize called ACES, American Crocodile Educational Sanctuary. Cherie and Vince Rose, who moved to Belize and set up the American Crocodile Education Sanctuary in 2004, were away rescuing endangered crocodiles at the time. The couple say they have lost everything—apart from their two dogs, which survived the blaze—but they have no intention of giving up. "We are going to stay in Belize," Cherie says. "We are going to fight this. I'm not abandoning those crocodiles down there."I first met Vince and Cherie Chenot Rose a few weeks after my wife Jan’s funeral services on the Island of San Pedro in Belize. I was introduced to the Rose’s my Tamara Sniffen the Publisher of the San Pedro Sun. Tamara had read the eulogy at my wife Jan’s service, it was heart spoken with many tears from all.
Tamara Sniffen told me about these crocodile hunters from Punta Gorda a young american couple that had built a sanctuary in Punta Gorda Belize to protect Crocodiles. They the Roses Vince and Cherie traveled all over Belize with the Belize forest service rescuing crocodiles. The Roses were on the Island of San Pedro to capture a Crocodile that had become a problem in a lagoon on a populated area.
American Crocodile Education Sanctuary or ACES was located in Punta Gorda Belize. A fire destroyed the entire facility. The news reports told a story of a group of Mayan Villages had burned ACES or the formal name American Crocodile Education Sanctuary to the ground over 2 missing children that villagers had thought had been taken by Vince and Cherie Rose the owners of ACES. The Roses we in Sane Pedro Belize at the time of the fire.
The story made headlines around the world including CNN. A hardly composed Vince Rose video was posted on CNN. Vince Rose in an emotional voice clearly stated he would find those that were involved. Few words were spoken by Vince Rose about the fact that the two missing children had not been found. The beginning of my Croc Chronicles Review of ACES.
Now years later after the Fire at ACES, after the Roses closed Adiferous Wine and Liquors, after I James Jensen was taken to court in Belize by Cherie Chenot Rose on a False Claim I had stayed at the resort known as ACES in Punta Gorda Belize.
The Rose’s Vince and Cherie are about to win a landfall case in the Belize Supreme Court as a result after the Fire that destroyed ACES. Which missing Children were involved with the ACES Property and the cause of the fire by locals is what is claimed in the case filed by the Roses in the Belize Supreme Court.
I James Jensen was the founder and stock holder of the BEED The Belize Economical & Ecological Fund. As the documents attached indicate. Cherie Chenot Rose was also a minority share holder of BEED. Robert P. Martin my Attorney from Bailey & Wyant, PLLC established the delaware corporation “The Belize Economical & Ecological Fund”. Robert P. Martin was also to have registered the 501 (C) corp. and to have that approved by the United States Internal Revenue Service.
Many factors lead to me stepping back from the involvement in BEED and The Belize Economical & Ecological Fund. Immediately Cherie Chenot Rose began taking 501 (C) donations through The Belize Economical & Ecological Fund. Which Cherie Rose should not have as the 501 (C) was not approved by the IRS at that time.
Robert P. Martin my Attorney from Bailey & Wyant, PLLC was one of the first to make a donation to The Belize Economical & Ecological Fund which was to be used by the Roses to build new Pens at the Aces Crocodile facility in Punta Gorda Belize.
Today if the Supreme Court of Belize finds in favor of the Vincent Rose and Cherie Chenot Rose in there case the Roses could find themselves with a windfall of some $450,000 US less legal fees. With the Roses burned out resort property for Sale for 2 million dollars they the Roses could have a huge amount of money in there bank account.
Most likely will not be the case. The Internal Revenue Service is waiting for the Roses case to settle. As all US citizens must pay income tax every year on income earned not matter the country they reside in. Something the Roses have failed to do since they left Denver Colorado in 2004.
Further to my concern about this is that Robert P. Martin my Attorney from Bailey & Wyant, PLLC have full knowledge or the partners Charles R. “Chuck” Bailey is the Managing Member of the Charleston office of Bailey & Wyant, PLLC should be aware of the errors in there relationship with the Roses and American Crocodile Education Sanctuary.
