Supreme Court decides in favor of ACES

The story, which reached as far as CNN News broke almost two years ago when on September 6, 2010 the American Crocodile Education Sanctuary (ACES) in Punta Gorda was burned to the ground after a group of villagers, in search of two missing children Benjamin and Onelia Rash stormed the compound.

Americans Cheri and Vince Rose were also devastated by the shooting deaths of several American crocodiles at their facility.

JUDGE OF THE SUPREME COURT Oswell Legall Aug. 17th, 2012.” With the judgment the compensation hearing has been scheduled for December, where the Roses are seeking close to $907,000bz in damages.

I find it difficult to even understand how Vince and Cherie Rose of ACES would even consider such a legal action against Belize for what happened during the fire at American Crocodile Education Sanctuary (ACES) in Punta Gorda. Over the years events that have happened at ACES always happened when the Roses were gone to San Pedro.

The Roses home was broken into and guns stolen from Vince Rose of ACES. The San Pedro Sun failed to report that the weapons taken from Aces were used in a hold up and two people were murdered.

Again the San Pedro Suns miss reporting is making this judgment headline news to promote the American Crocodile Education Sanctuary (ACES) . This kind of international exposure should be stopped or banned.  ACES and the San Pedro Sun continue there long relationship of reporting all events of ACES. The Roses continue to raise millions of dollars with funding received in June from the Brigitte Bardot foundation. The Roses claim that now they we will now be able to complete the largest natural habitat built for problematic crocodile at our location in Ladyville Belize.

Now the Rose’s of ACES owe me James Fredrick Jensen about $47,000.00. That has never been reported by the San Pedro Sun Newspaper. Why is that I wonder?

My name is James Fredrick Jensen I am a Canadian that lived in Belize on the Island of San Pedro, this is another chapter of my Novella about the time that past after my Wife Janis Died in Central America.
