Has Attorney Robert P. Martin of WV passport been tagged?

This is part three of Diana Bond's series of questions from the dossier of James Frederick Jensen, a Canadian who lived in Belize, where he was cheated, discredited and suffered life-threatening consequences through the actions of WV attorney Robert P Martin and Belize residents, Vincent and Cherie Rose.

The next question is why does Robert P. Martin of Bailey and Wyant P.L.L.C, go freely through the world while my client continues to have to watch his back?

Robert P. Martin has a record of violent episodes that are known to WV police.  He's a girl-friend beater, dangerous beer can tosser and, mostly recently, he's had another violent encounter that required police intervention.

These are obviously minor infractions, but at least State-side there is documented evidence of his volatile character. However, his history involves much much worst than throwing a few punches.

In the past, Martin has engaged "local help" in Central America to put an end to James Frederick Jensen. Three times, in fact.  For good reason Martin fears James.  One of them is what you're

looking at right now:  James' very strong online (SEO) abilities.

Most recently, the third attempt to put an end to James was orchestrated by Martin. James was to have met his end in Honduras, a place to which only a few people knew he would be traveling.  These people included Martin. The attempt failed and Martin's involvement is known to Honduran authorities who have take due action.

Has Robert P. Martin's passport been tagged? Can Robert P. Martin leave the United States?  No? Even if he could, Martin wouldn't dare go to Belize anyway.  He saw the inside of a Belize jail on an overnight the last time he stayed in this delightful resort country.

His name is James Fredrick Jensen a Canadian that lived in Belize on the Island of San Pedro covering the time that past after his Wife Janis Died in Central America.
