Social Media is a powerful medium in order to deliver a message to a large audience around the world. My choice to use social media is as I have found the only means from which to defend myself and to expose those that used social media in the past to effect my reputation.

My name is James Fredrick Jensen I am a Canadian that lived in Belize on the Island of San Pedro, this is another chapter of my Novella about the time that past after my Wife Janis Died in Central America.

Vince and Cherie Chenot Rose were business partners with me James Jensen in a Liquor business in Punta Gorda Belize Called Adiferous Wines and Liquors. Little is known about the Roses and there past in the US.

I met the Roses through the owner of the San Pedro Sun Newspaper Tamara Sniffen. This meeting took place shortly after my Wife Jan Died in Central America as the Roses were attempting to capture a crocodile on the Island of San Pedro in Belize.

For a week I watched the Roses attempt to capture this crocodile which was either smarter then them which appeared obvious throughout all there attempts. On a sunday morning the news spread across this small island like wild fire. The Roses had captured a crocodile. From my view the croc simply became tangled in the trap.

The Roses obviously were not prepared to capture the croc. No truck, not boat San Pedro is an Island. Feeling sorry for the Roses I called a few friends I knew on the island and soon the croc was wrapped up loaded on a truck and delivered to a dock were the croc was loaded on the boat and off to Belize City.

I owned the local Liquor business on the island of San Pedro called the Liquor Box. I took the Roses to the Liquor store and offered them a beer for all there hard work. After talking for a while with Cherie Chenot Rose she expressed interest in opening a Liquor Store in Punta Gorda Belize there home for Aces American Crocodile Education Sanctuary. ACES as it is known in Punta Gorda is a 30 plus acre compound at the mouth of a river.

It was sadly the compound burned to the ground last year over the loss of two children near the compound. The community stormed the  Aces American Crocodile Education Sanctuary and burned the place to the ground.

After this fire the Roses took legal actions against the country of Belize for Damages. They have a ruling pending with the Belize Supreme Court to decide the amount of Damages the Roses will receive.

I did invest $37,000 Belize into opening a Liquor Store in Punta Gorda with Vince and Cherie Chenot Rose.

Who are the Rose’s?
The Rose’s left Colorado with no more then a truck and trailer and little money, there life savings. The question asked “where did the money come from to build this resort and live day to day”? The money came from Cherie Rose’s Aunt in North Carolina.

Cherie is the trustee for her Aunt, a women without clear understanding of financial facts. Hardly a crime to use your family funds to live the life style the Roses have shown Belize. The crime is, when a trustee takes funds out of a family trust for personal use the funds are to be taxed.

Cherie and Vince have never disclosed the thousands of dollars as income taken from the Trust to the Internal Revenue Service in the US. Federal Tax Evasion is the crime considered. I am sure the IRS will look at what ever comes of this case as income. Which can be argued.

Vince is a Felon in California a number of charges. Dealt with through Vince’s Sister a Senior FBI Agent. Vince for the most part is a carpenter at best. Hardly the role now as a Croc wrangler.

Cherie, she did graduate as a biologist. Her last position in Colorado was that of a grade school teacher. The position before that according to the deposition I have, Cheri was a deck hand and a drunk on a fishing boat in Florida. Vince came and took her back to Colorado.

The closest either of the Rose’s have in knowledge of Crocodiles exists on DVD’s they watched of Steve Erwin the Croc hunter from Australia.

Today Cherie Chenot Rose continues to attempt to hide the facts about my business relationship with Vince and Cherie Chenot Rose and for the most part where there source of income comes from to live this lavish life style they have become accustomed to in Belize.

Cherie Chenot Rose’s latest attempt to cover up the facts about there life is in this word press blog they have placed on line about me.

Yes I was arrested in Belize. Charges were not laid by a you american couple as the story reads. The charges against me were laid by my one time attorney Robert P. Martin of Bailey and Wyant PLLC Robert had lied to me, my attorney and the supreme court of belize in the case over my wife Jan’s health insurance coverage or lack of by Bupa Health Care out of Miami.

Cherie Chenot Rose continues to use the same old news to try and fend off my exposing the Roses for what they are. The Roses have a lot to loose if the truth comes out. Three years ago Cherie Chenot Rose and Tamara Sniffen of the San Pedro Sun newspaper splashed the internet with headlines about me such as Canadian Swindler, What a Mess. They also distributed a wanted poster claiming I had something to do with my wife Jan’s death.

Year later and for me months into our on-line campaign Cherie Chenot Rose puts up this blog about me. What Cherie Chenot does not realize is that the world knows about what the Roses have done. I am not the only Victim. They the Roses are far from Victim’s. Thus I will continue to tell my story about my relationship with the Roses.
