Canadian James Fredrick Jensen Wanted in Belize and USA

My name is James Fredrick Jensen I am a Canadian that lived in Belize on the Island of San Pedro, this another  my Novella about the time that past after my Wife Janis Died in Central America.

 

First I have no hid the fact I was arrested in Belize.

Over the last fours months I have used social media to expose those involved in my Arrest in Belize on the Island of San Pedro. This case involves my one time Attorney Robert p. Martin of the Wester Virginia Law firm of Bailey and Wyant PLLC.

The publisher of the Sane Pedro Sun News Paper Tamara Sniffen is involved and a American couple Vince and Cherie Chenot Rose. Owners of the now failed American Crocodile Sanctuary of Punta Gorda Belize.

Over the months I have placed hundreds of articles with supporting documents on-line to explain my case and to explain the events leading up to my arrest by my Attorney Robert P. Martin. Now they those listed above have made an attempt at using social media and the internet to sway opinion about my character. Or to hide the facts about each of the individuals involved in why I was arrested and placed in Hattieville prison in Belize.

First I have never been charged with a crime in Belize the story those involved now attempt to explain on there blog is as always not accurate.

According to police, a pair of investors from the United States, through their attorney Godfrey Smith, filed a report at the police station in Belize City, where they claimed that Jensen had taken some $50,000US towards a property investment in Punta Gorda. The American couple claims that they became concerned when Jensen could not provide them with the property documentation. The investors claim that Jensen led them to believe that although the property had been purchased, he was still awaiting documentation from the Ministry of Natural Resources and the Environment in Belmopan.

The American couple described in this matter was my Attorney Robert P. martin and his girlfriend who owned the Pink Motel on the island of San Pedro. The $50,000.00 in questions was funds transferred from my trust account in the US by my attorney Robert P. Martin of Bailey and Wyant PLLC of west virginia.

Again according to this blog they have put on line about me James Fredrick Jensen:
As a result, last week the police department issued a warrant for the arrest of James Jensen. It was not until Monday morning that Jensen was apprehended as he was driving down Barrier Reef Drive.

 Jensen was subsequently arrested and charged for the crime of theft and obtaining property by deception. When he appeared in court on Monday at approximately 4:45 p.m., Jensen was read charges, but because the case is an indictable case, no plea was taken, hence he was remanded to Hattieville Prison until his next court hearing which is scheduled for April 24th.

I was arrested and never charged as the subsequent Bail hearing proved no evidence existed a crime had occurred.

Again today as in the past this group including the San Pedro Sun use the internet and social media as a forum to cover the crimes they have committed.

Robert P Martin and the law firm of Bailey and Wyant failed to represent my individual meeds as a client. Also as described in other posts by me James Fredrick Jensen Robert P. Martin supplied documents to the supreme court of belize which were fabricated. This the young couple I am accused of stealing money from being my attorney Robert P. Martin are covering up facts of what they did.

2. Vince and Cherie Chenot Rose of ACES / American Crocodile Education Sanctuary
 entered into a business agreement with James Fredrick Jensen who invested in the Roses liquor business in Punta Gorda called Adiferous Wine and Liquors. The Roses subsequently sold of the inventory and kept the money from Jensen.

Now they place this web site on line http://candianconman.wordpress.com listing old and dated material. Manipulated into there words and there story. 3 pages white the amount of content to defend themselves from the truth.

, Robert P Martin, The San Pedro Sun never once answer any of the questions proposed to them on-line.

Robert P. Martin did you not in fact supply to the supreme court of Belize false documents in legal matters you represented me in?

Vince and Cherie Chenot Rose what happened to the $37,000 Belize I invested into the partnership we had in the liquor business Adiferous Wines and Liquors of Punta Gorda?

Is it not true that Bailey & Wyant, PLLC - Dynamic Representation
did setup a 501 (C) none profit in which I James Fredrick Jensen was a stock holder. That Robert P. Martin and Vince and Cherie Chenot Rose are now the share holders?
