Supreme Court Belize will decide about ACES Claims
The question today is will the United States Internal Revenue Service get most of the money that could be a windfall for Cheri and Vince Rose and the American Crocodile Sanctuary in Belize? My name is James Fredrick Jensen I am a Canadian that lived in Belize on the Island of San Pedro, this is another chapter of my Novella about my life and relationship with Cherie Chenot Rose of the American Crocodile Sanctuary in Belize. The story, which reached as far as CNN News broke almost two years ago when on September 6, 2010 the American Crocodile Education Sanctuary (ACES) in Punta Gorda was burned to the ground after a group of villagers, in search of two missing children Benjamin and Onelia Rash stormed the compound. Acting on the advice of the village psychic who claimed the children were at ACES.ACES married Americans Cheri and Vince Rose were also devastated by the shooting deaths of several American crocodiles at their facility. Friday, August 17, 2012 the Supreme Court of Belize handed down a decision that now gives the couple a new faith in a justice system that many have grown to doubt. From what I understand from filing a claim with the IRS in the United States is that Roses which are doing business as American Crocodile Education Sanctuary (ACES) have not paid or Filed US income tax since they moved to Belize around 2004. The IRS requires all US citizens no matter the country they reside in to pay income tax on moneys earned outside of the US. Further questions have risen about the Vince and Cherie Chenot Rose and how they could afford the life style they have in Belize. The Roses own almost a half million dollars worth of property which they have listed for Sale on there webs site at http://www.americancrocodilesanctuary.org/real-estate. I have first hand knowledge about Vince and Cherie Chenot Rose as I had invested a large amount of money through my US attorney Robert P. Martin a prominent US attorney with the law firm of Bailey and Wyant PLLC of West Virginia. Robert P. Martin organized under my direction the The Belize Economic & Ecological Development Fund. "BeedFund is a non-profit charity supporting groups who strive to preserve the environment and wildlife of Belize; and who perform charitable works in the Belizean community." From what I have found out and from my time I spent with Vince and Cherie Chenot Rose is that much if not all the funds came from Cherie Chenot Rose’s aunt in North Carolina’s retirement fund. Which again requires by law that funds taken from an IRA are Taxable.
