My name is James Fredrick Jensen I am a Canadian that lived in Belize on the Island of San Pedro, this is another chapter of my Novella about the time that past after my Wife Janis Died in Central America.
I first met Vince and Cherie Chenot Rose a few weeks after my wife Jan’s funeral services on the Island of San Pedro in Belize. I was introduced to the Rose’s my Tamara Sniffen the Publisher of the San Pedro Sun. Tamara had read the eulogy at my wife Jan’s service, it was heart spoken with many tears from all.
I have been accused by Vince and Cherie Chenot Rose Punta Gorda that I stole money from them among other accusations. As the years have past with the Roses I find myself in the position of having exhausted all normal means to collect money owed me by the roses. While Cherie Chenot Rose continues with her on-line threats to me she has not once produced a single document to support her claims. Only on-line ramblings of a woman who worries more about her hair style then offering credible evidence to her claims about me James Fredrick Jensen.My claims about my relationship with the Roses has been well documented and supported with a large on-line following. I invested in a Liquor Business in Punta Gorda Belize called Adiferous with the Roses, aided in organizing and funding their NGO called the BEED FUND, lent them money and aided them with web site development for there resort in Punta Gorda that was burned to the ground by a group of people seeking to find lost children. In previous posts I have included the legal documents and e-mails from my Attorney at the time Robert P. Martin of Bailey & Wyant, P.L.L.C. 500 Virginia Street East, Suite 600, PO Box 3710 Charleston, WV 25327. Robert P. Martin organized the BEED Fund on behalf of all parties. I have included e-mail’s between Cherie Chenot Rose and myself James Jensen discussing our business arrangement with the Liquor Business in Punta Gorda. Today I find myself including in this post the final notice of collection letter which was sent to the Roses a few weeks ago. While I am sure Cherie Rose will as she has in the past ignore this attempt to collect the debt she and her husband Vince Rose owe me. I have had to at my cost retain an Attorney in Belize to represent my case and attempt to collect over 50,000 BZ which is about $25,000 US plus damages which I will seek the equal amount of the debt which is allowed under Belize law for damages.
This case will be a Supreme Court case much like the Case the Roses filled in the Supreme Court of Belize to recover damages from the Fire at the American Crocodile Sanctuary in Belize.
Still today as a share holder in the BEED fund have not been allowed access to any of the documentation or a record of those that made donations into the BEED Fund for the purpose of supporting the American Crocodile Sanctuary which was in Punta Gorda Belize.
