James Jensen Belize - ORT - Vivian Trill

My name is James Fredrick Jensen I am a Canadian that lived in Belize on the Island of San Pedro, this is another chapter of my Novella about the time that past after my Wife Janis Died.

I now pickup my life in Honduras now alone after my wife Jan’s death. The events of the last two years in Belize and Honduras has left me drained by the ongoing legal battled over my wife Jan’s medical Bills.

I met a Danish woman, a journalist covering Human Trafficking in central America.

She introduced me to Vivian Trill who runs The Organization For Responsible Tourism ORT. Vivian is a determined woman to say the least and with my technology skills I developed a Social Media Network to expose Human Trafficking in Belize. Vivian Trill had studied the flow of woman Trafficked from Honduras to and through Belize to Mexico. The numbers were staggering.

Before I went home to Canada to live out my life I helped Vivian Trill expose the Human Trafficking effect of Belize. Sexual Tourism we have called it. To the point our Campaign forced the Minister of Tourism from Belize to contact Vivian. Minister of Tourism from Belize simply stated that this was a case of prostitution not Human Trafficking.

Now after all I have been through Vivian Trill offered me the use of her Social Media Network I had built for her to tell my story about Belize, Robert P. Martin and RF&G Insurance. This is as a reporter from USA today told me a very Dark Story.

I have been hunted by Robert P. Martin my attorney. Something once I returned home to Canada I felt safety from. At least in Canada I have protection from Bob Martin and other that have hunted me in Central America.

My wife Janis is still to this day an amazing woman and influence on my life. I have endured more then one person should have in an entire life time. For me that life time covered a few short years on the Island of San Pedro in Belize.

After Jan’s death I was left with facing a $200,000 medical bill from the hospital that treated or attempted to treat Jan. Our Bupa health insurance policy denied all coverage of my wife Janis’s medical care in Belize. Leaving me with a Civil case facing the supreme court of Belize.

The Insurance Policy Jan and I  had purchased to cover medical care was from Bupa Insurance through a company in Belize called RF&G Insurance. RF&G Insurance is owned by The Roe Group of Companies in Belize.

The Roe Group of Companies owns resorts on the Island of San Pedro in Belize. Vivian Trill and ORT are determined to connect resorts on the Island of San Pedro in Belize with Human Trafficking.  Sadly those that should care about Human Trafficking in San Pedro turn away from even talking about Human Trafficking and Belize.  Tourism is the Island of San Pedro’s primary source of revenue. To come out and say yes we have a problem with Human Trafficking they feel will effect the tourism industry in San Pedro.

Now Vivian Trills work has not gone without results in Belize. The Island of San Pedro has had a few raids on known Human Trafficking locations on the Island of San Pedro. Sadly these woman  swept up in these raids are the Victims that end up in Hattieville Prison like Robert P. Martin sent me. Hattieville Prison in Belize is considered the third worse prison for conditions in the world. Having spent time myself I can assure all readers that is true.
