This is part nine of Diana Bond's series of questions regarding my client, James Fredrick Jensen. He is a Canadian who lived in Belize, where in 2009 he was financially mugged and then pushed into prison remand through the actions of WV attorney Robert P Martin and Belize residents, Vincent and Cherie Chenot-Rose.
These questions are for Vince and Cherie Chenot-Rose. It's a riff on the same old tune. What did you do with all of James' money from the Punta Gorda Belize liquor store partnership you shared with him? Why did over $37,000 B disappear after James was forced to leave Belize for his own safety? Was the stock liquidated and wire transfer of the money to the Rose bankaccount completed by the former partners? The answer is a firm yes. What kind of people have a financial dispute with someone, trump up false accusations of swindle, leave him to languish in Hattieville Prison and then just make unilateral decisions about what is just and than take what is designated mutual money? Answer is: unconscionably greed people. Let's go back to the 2010 fire that destroyed their resort and croc retreat. The trigger for that was the disappearance of two local children. In all of their PR media interviews, the Roses never once expressed condolences or sympathy to the family of the missing children. It was always about the Roses and their property and their money. Never once, before or after the fire, did any of their communication deal with the tragedy of the two missing Rash children. To this day, they are still missing. Now the Roses have asked the Belize Supreme Court for $900 K as compensation for the mob-fire that totaled their property. So the story of the missing children is lost in the pursuit of dollars for the Roses. As the Supreme Court of Belize continues in its deliberations, they will be sent over 600 pieces of documentation, illustrating the black character of this croc couple. It will include proof of their complicity in trumping up charges against James and their efforts, along with Robert P Martin, Godfrey Smith and Tamara Sniffin, to make him a hunted man and to have him disappeared.Vivian Trill is the president of the Organization for Responsible Tourism.
