Did Cherie Chenot-Rose Scam James Jensen out of $50,000

This is part eight of Diana Bond's series of questions regarding my client, James Frederick Jensen.  He is a Canadian who lived in Belize, where in 2009 he was financially stung and then scammed into prison remand through the actions of WV attorney Robert P Martin and Belize residents, Vincent and Cherie Chenot-Rose.

What will the above-cited persons plus Godfrey Smith, attorney for the Roses, and Tamara Sniffin, owner/editor of the San Pedro Sun, do when more than 600 documents are released to the Belize Supreme Court implicating all of them in attempts to steal James' money and have him kidnapped and permanently "disappeared?"

What will happen when the Belize Supreme Court, mulling its decision on the amount of compensation awarded to the Roses in an unrelated case, receives this character revealing information?

What will happened when these documents reveal, among other crimes and misdemeanors, that the Rose's took all the money from a partnership business they had with James.  There are wire transfer records showing the money was simply wired into the Rose's bank account, without legal sanction or any formalities.  Added to the interesting reading will be Vince Rose's emails to James, basically blackmailing him.

What will happen when this group of people finally read about their efforts, documented through email transmissions and other means, to end James' life?

A few years ago, Godfrey Smith's office was broken into, leaving a trail of paper and information on many cases scattered throughout Belize and elsewhere.  Though it is not known who broke in, it is known that copies of these documents are circulating throughout Central America, including those involving the criminal actions against James.

What was Godfrey Smith's role in placing James in prison?  What was is his relationship with Robert P Martin?

What will it be like for the Rose's eco business when people find out who they really are?  Two tax evaders who have little or no bone fides when it comes to looking after crocs and very little fundraising ethics.

What will happen when the Rose's donations dry up and they are revealed for the criminals they are?  Who are the Roses? Six hundred incriminating documents will reveal this couple's true nature.  Unfortunately for the Roses, these documents cannot be disappeared.
