My questions are directed to Vincent and Cherie Chenot-Rose.

This is part seven of Diana Bond's series of questions regarding my client, James Frederick Jensen.  He is a Canadian who lived in Belize, where in 2009 he was defrauded and rooked into prison remand through the actions of WV attorney Robert P Martin and Belize residents, Vincent and Cherie Rose.  

Today, my questions are directed to Vincent and Cherie Chenot-Rose.  When are you going to stop duping the obviously sincere eco tourists you lure to your Belize resort/ACES (American Crocodile Education Sanctuary) and into donating to your cause?

When are you going to come clean about what you actually do with the donations allegedly supporting crocs? 

When will you start paying your proper income tax, both in Belize and in the US?

When will you be repatriated by the IRS to pay the years of taxes for which you are both in arrears?  For example, when will Cherie Chenot-Rose pay income tax on money she's extracted from her aunt's trust, for which she has power of attorney?

There is Belize court ruling pending, citing the actual sum of damages the Roses will receive following their successful lawsuit against the Belize government for its purported negligence in the mob-fire destruction of their croc resort.  Will they then report their windfall to the IRS or wait to be found? 

When will you stop maligning my client with false charges?  When will you do the right thing and stop promoting the false charges against James Frederick Jensen and admit that he never cheated you, but that it was the other way around? 

What did you do with the money/stock from your partnership with James in a liquor store called, Adiferous Wines and Liquors in Punta Gorda Belize?  What happened to the liquor stock and the money that James invested with you?  Cherie, even you can't drink that much.

And Cherie?  When will you be sober enough to get a decent haircut?  Not yet, we see.
