My name is Diana Bond and I am the spokesperson for the Organization for Responsible Tourism. I am proud to lend my voice and the online infrastructure created by the Belize Tourism Boycott to James Frederick Jensen's case against WV attorney Robert P Martin and Belize residents, Vincent and Cherie Rose. Others will be named in my series of blogs that ask questions about their vendetta against James.
First, let's review the very basic facts of this case. The primary players, Robert P Martin and Vincent and Cherie Rose, have conspired to discredit, rob, imprison and "disappear" James Jensen. The motivating core is the oldest one in the book: money. What's sharply galling, even to the casually interested person, is all of this started over trifling sums: $37,000 in one instance, $50,0000 in another and so on. The particular details of their larceny or their petty motivations are not the real story. Their greed is greatly overshadowed by their felonious actions to: first, shut James Jensen down: and second, going so far as to attempt to outsource his disappearance on at least three occasions.Instead of a straight narrative, I will let questions and their answers in subsequent blogs tell the story. Here are some of the questions I will be asking.Why does Robert P Martin, of the WV law firm, Bailey and Wyant PLLC, once James' trusted friend and attorney, continue to maintain power of attorney in James' late wife's estate when he does not fulfill the minimum professional requirements to do so? What happened to the Belize house that belonged to Janice Pruett's estate? Why does attorney Robert P Martin continue to represent James' late wife's estate when the courts in Honduras are still waiting for proof that he attempted to alert James Frederick Jensen about ongoing issues concerning Janice Pruett's estate?Why does attorney Robert P Martin continue to represent Janice Pruett's estate when he deliberately sabotaged James' case against Bupa Insurance, a company who's criminal misrepresentation led directly to the death of James' wife Janice?Why don't Vince and Cherie Rose open their financial books on ACES (American Crocodile Education Sanctuary) to their fawning supporters? Why don't the fond eco-bloggers ask why for so long ACES did not have the proper charitable organization and attendant tax credit to apply? Where's all the money?How long will it take for the IRS to catch up with the Roses on a number of counts?
