Robert P "Beer Can" Martin Attorney

Did you hear the one about a guy, Robert P Martin, who walked into a bar?  "What'll it be?" asked the bartender.  "I'll have a can of beer with a GPS chaser."

This is a knee-slapper if you know attorney Robert P "Beer Can" Martin came to the attention of local police after he hurled a full can of beer at a man who was keeping company with his (Martin's) ex-wife.  For this and other much more serious acts of violence and intent to harm, he remains a person of interest to the police in West Virginia and internationally.

This is part five of Diana Bond's series of questions regarding my client, James Frederick Jensen.  He is a Canadian who lived in Belize, where in 2009 he was swindled and wrongfully remanded to prison through the actions of WV attorney Robert P Martin and Belize residents, Vincent and Cherie Rose. They continue to hunt him.

Next question:  Why does Bailey and Wyant PLLC, Robert P Martin's law firm, continue to shield a partner who willfully sabotaged a client in a law suit?

When James understood that Robert P Martin had deliberately left him to twist in the wind legally by not filing documents in Miami regarding his case against Bupa Insurance, he contacted Bailey and Wyant many times for answers.

James has posted numerous times online the Bailey and Wyant letterhead used by Robert P Martin to inform him that a Miami attorney, Bill Thompson, had filed the documents re the Bupa Insurance case in Florida.  No such attorney exists.  No file was ever made.  Yet, there is documented evidence of Robert P. Martin's claim that he had contacted this fictitious lawyer on behalf of James' case.

Why has Bailey and Wyant never responded to James's questions about Robert P Martin's pernicious and egregious conduct?

Chuck Bailey, a founding partner, has been contacted by James, who asked specific questions about the conduct of Robert P Martin.  To date, there has been no response.

What does this say about this law firm's overall respect for ethics?  What does it tell its many clients about the law firm they trust?
